Brief
Branding design and development for a newly created Twitch channel, focused on content variety.
Goal
Considering that the basis of the channel's content is variety; combining gaming with cultural content (such as music or movies) and even sports, the brand would have to define the character more than the content. It had to appeal mainly to a young-adult audience, with its core between the ages of 20 and 40, and convey a professional but casual image.




Development
The branding tries to translate this thematic and stylistic variety through contrasts: in the logotype, aggressive and angular shapes are combined with friendly colors such as purple/pink and yellow; in the typographies, the main typography (for headlines, dry stick, geometric, with very heavy strokes) is combined with organic and expressive handwritten letterings.
The same happens with the development of the applications within the transmissions, the cleanliness is maintained within the image but combined with frames that reinforce the branding and brand presence where the previous elements are combined, frame-by-frame transitions are also included, with a manual/artisanal style that contrasts with the more modern and digital motion-graphics.
All social-media and web applications are developed.
